Introducing the “Train the Parent” Carnatic Workshop from week starting 9th Oct 2016.These workshops are on a need basis and is aimed to bring parents up to speed and aware of their child’s progress in Carnatic singing/Vocals.
- We encourage that singing is practiced at home every week.
- Parents, please attend this Carnatic singing workshop alongwith your child/student so that you will be geared to guide your child.
- Kindly ensure that you bring your books with you.
- We shall cover Sarali Varisai during this Parent workshop. Once this has been accomplished, we can provide an introduction to Janta Varisai and Dhattu Varisai depending on the batch you are attending. Parents of students from Geetham & advanced classes are not required to attend these workshops.

Basic skills on Keyboard will be taught to accompany singing so that the participants understand Swarasthanams and Talam.
